WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA (Purpose)
Your data is collected and used to allow correct navigation on the Website, to improve the browsing experience, as well as to respond to any requests and communications from Users. Session technical cookies (non-persistent) are used, strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient site navigation.

Only with your prior express consent, where provided on the website or via email, will your information also be used for our marketing activities by sponsoring products and services.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR DATA (Data Categories, Legal Basis, Necessary Requirement)
Some data are necessary and therefore mandatory for navigating the website (navigation data), while others are optional (data voluntarily provided by users). Here is a brief description of the types of data:

NAVIGATION DATA: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. These are pieces of information that are not collected to be associated with identified individuals but, which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (e.g. successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site, to monitor its correct functioning, and to improve the browsing experience of users, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY USERS: The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of data in web forms or electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this Website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message or provided at the time of booking.

For the installation of technical cookies, user consent is not required.

For profiling cookies, on the other hand, where chosen to be used, we will ask for your consent under Art. 6 GDPR, lett. a), after having informed you in the simplified manner provided.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR DATA AND WITH WHAT MEANS (Processing Methods)
Your personal data will be processed by Our Organization using analog and digital systems. Only personnel authorized by the Data Controller will have access to it to carry out management or system maintenance operations. We adopt all technical and organizational measures useful to avoid problems of unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or accidental destruction of the data you provided. These measures are reported within our privacy management system, which allows us to maintain constant monitoring of protection towards processed data and continuous adaptation of procedures based on the evolution of the business reality. The website domain has its data centers located exclusively in Europe. We assure you that your data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Union or with data protection regulations not aligned with EU Regulation 679/2016 or to entities not certified or that have not adhered to specific codes of conduct or binding corporate rules approved by the Control Authority. We also specify that we do not use within our organization, an automated decision-making process, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you and/or that significantly affects your person.

TO WHOM WE COMMUNICATE YOUR DATA (Communication to Third Parties and Categories of Recipients)
Regarding the analysis of reports or analyses carried out internally by our staff appointed for the correct management and development of the Website and except for any processing carried out by third parties appointed by us for the management of the Site duly appointed as external processors, no data collected during navigation on the Site by Users is communicated to third parties or disseminated. The complete and updated list of the persons in charge and the processors can always be requested from the Data Controller using the methods indicated in this notice.

At any time you can directly request the Data Controller to view, correct, delete, or limit the data concerning you. We guarantee the right to data portability and therefore at any time you can request a digital copy of them or automatic transfer to other entities. COOKIE POLICY
Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to his terminal browser, where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit of the same user. During navigation on a site, the user may also receive on his terminal cookies that are sent by different sites or web servers (so-called "third parties"), on which some elements (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the site that the user is visiting reside. Cookies, usually present in users' browsers in large numbers and sometimes even with characteristics of wide temporal persistence, are used for different purposes such as performing computer authentications, session monitoring, storing information on specific configurations concerning users accessing the server, etc.

On this website are present:

 TECHNICAL COOKIES: These are used solely for the purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic network or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of a service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user, to provide that service. They are not used for further purposes and are usually installed directly by the owner or manager of the website. They can be divided into:

  • Navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate for access to restricted areas);
  • Analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies where used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site;
  • Functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a set of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same. The prior consent of users is not required for the installation of these cookies.

On this website are NOT present:

PROFILING COOKIES: They are aimed at creating profiles related to the user and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown by the same in the context of network browsing. These cookies are used to create an anonymous browsing profile that allows sending behavioral or targeted advertising, showing content, and proposing commercial initiatives based on the sections of our site that have been most relevant to the user and his interests.

THIRD-PARTY COOKIES: Visiting a website you may receive cookies both from the visited site ("owner") and from sites managed by other organizations ("third parties"). An example is the presence of the “social plugin AddThis” (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) aimed at sharing content on social networks. The presence of these plugins involves the transmission of cookies to and from all sites operated by "third parties". The management of the information collected by "third parties" is governed by the relevant information to which please refer.

COOKIE MANAGEMENT (How to disable them)
You can set your computer to warn you each time a cookie is sent, or you can choose to disable all cookies; this instruction can be carried out through the settings of your current browsing program. As each program has slightly different features, you are invited to check in the "help" menu of the program itself for the procedure to correctly modify the cookie settings. In most browsing programs, cookies are enabled by default; the user can decide whether to accept them or not using the settings in their browsing program. If you have already given consent but want to change cookie permissions, it is advisable to delete them by following the specific procedure provided by your browsing program, or in the case of "third-party" cookies, you need to request the opt-out option directly from the "third parties." In cases where it is particularly difficult to identify all the "third parties," especially for profiling preferences, it might be useful to consult the following sites:
